I gotta say I have a love/hate relationship with a darn staple, and I guess a stapler too. I mean, you simply have to staple sometimes. Its not the act of stapling that’s the problem, the biggest problem is the removing of the staples. Anytime I need to fax something, copy something or shred something, I’m faced with the task of de-stapling my papers. I hate it, and at this exact moment I am recovering from a disastourous unstapling injury, do you think I can get Tetanus from this?

Well never fear, I have found the answer to all our stapling dissatisfaction, the Staple-less staple set, these little magical wonders do away with the staples and bind your papers together by making a neat little hole that attaches by means of little paper “wings”. Okay, to be fair, you’re not going to staple your next novel together with these things as the manufacturer suggests you don’t even try to “staple” more than 2 or 3 pieces of paper together at a time. Oh the mobile phone, what a love/hate relationship we have with them. I can’t even begin to imagine how we got along without them. I try to remember what it was like to be a teenager, one that didnt have a cellphone glued to the side of my face, or worse *gasp* a parent, that didnt have instant access to their child. A flat tire, forgotton milk or a traffic jam took on whole new meaning back then. Forget or lose your phone or even just let the battery die, and you’ll soon remember what it was like…

But now you can let the Spare One come to your rescue, the worlds only phone to be powered by a single AA battery, that alleges up to a ten hour talk time AND, if left turned off and unused is suppossed to be ready to go for 15 years? T-Mobile confirms carrying Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G

T-Mobile and Samsung have teamed up yet again, and this time their efforts has resulted in the availability of the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G when it rolls out later next month. It will be a T-Mobile exclusive, and the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G would not be a slouch in terms of performance either, as it comes from the pedigreed stock of Samsung’s Galaxy S line of products that has proved to be successful worldwide. This will be T-Mobile's flagship 4G smartphone in March, where the superphone will be able to take advantage of 4G (HSPA+) technology, offering customers with the ability to browse the Web faster than the average home Internet connection whenever they are in vicinity of a 4G connection.

After all, the smartphone is becoming more and more an extension of the human personality, so it makes perfect sense that smartphones are capable of accessing information in a speedy manner – and hopefully the battery life on this, too, will be able to survive long enough for the day’s rigors of course.

Just what does the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G from T-Mobile offer? Well, it will definitely come with a range of features and applications which are able to assist consumers in getting entertained on-the-go, in addition to accessing information that they need, and when they need it. Imagine enjoying your favorite movies which are streamed over on Netflix, or how about watching live or on-demand TV programs on T-Mobile TV in mobile HD? DOGTV is a channel just for pooches

What is the world coming to these days? There are dog spas, dog restaurants, and now, a new 24-hour channel which targets our canine friends – perfect for keeping them “entertained” whenever Fido’s owner leaves the house. Do you think that it is rather weird for us to think of dogs as humans, having the same kind of wants and needs that we have? Just take a look at the amount of accessories that pet stores carry for dogs these days – no longer is a simple ball or stick good enough. I personally feel that giving your pooch adequate exercise and enough mental stimulation for the day through a daily walk is more than sufficient, and a TV is not really going to help turn your pooch into Lassie overnight.

Well, having said that, it did not stop the DOGTV channel from being launched on Time Warner and Cox digital cable systems last week. The concept remains extremely new, and it remains to be seen if pets will really be interested in the channel or not. It is hoped that this channel creates a soothing and relaxing environment for dogs, but this is another avenue for dog owners to be fleeced.

Hybrid headphones, now this is definitely a novel idea! After all, who would have thought that a device like a pair of headphones that was meant to ensure whatever you listen to remains private, could actually be transformed into a communal audio device, blasting away your favorite tunes so that the rest of the people around you are able to listen to it? This is what the £99.99 Zumreed X2 Hybrid Headphones does, coming in black and red shades. Good thing that this pair of reversible headgear is very different from those multi-colored earmuffs that you wear during winter to keep the bitter chill away, but instead, helps lighten up the mood around you with your choice of music.

You can choose to use the Zumreed X2 Hybrid Headphones as either noise cancelling headphones or an impressive pair of desktop speakers, where its function is determined with a flick of a switch. Within each ear cup lies an individual speaker. The moment you decide to turn the switch from headphone to speaker mode, the rest of the folks around you would know your devotion to Justin Bieber, landing you dirty looks in the process from most. You can further torture them by rotating the ear cups around to stand upright on any flat surface for a more focused audio output. The internal Lithium-Ion battery lasts for around four hours of continual playback, and it can be juiced up via USB.

LG Optimus 3D Max to arrive at MWC 2012

Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona is happening next week, and you can expect LG to make quite a splash there – considering how MWC is the platform where the South Korean company is going to unveil their latest glasses-free 3D device known as the LG Optimus 3D Max. Boasting powerful 3D technology as well as a design that is fashion forward, the Optimus 3D Max intends to deliver a complete 3D entertainment platform as well as further cement LG’s 3D ecosystem with yet another high-end device.

It has been touted that the LG Optimus 3D Max is a powerful smartphone regardless of whether you use it in 2D and 3D mode – and with LG's exclusive brightened display, your eyes will not suffer even after prolonged periods of viewing. Apart from that, LG has bumped up the Optimus 3D Max’s 3G's network speed to HSPA+ 21Mbps, and with the inclusion of LG Tag+, you are on the receiving end of advanced NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities which was specially designed to promote greater user convenience. The automatic setting changes is one of the main benefits of NFC integration, where predefined tags which have been customized to certain modes such as car-mode, office-mode or sleepmode will kick in with but a simple touch. Apart from that, LG looks to the future with such benefits that will be demonstrated on the MWC showfloor, including making it available via a Maintenance Release or an application available on the LG SmartWorld.

There is also a HD Converter feature which allows HD quality playback on a TV that is connected through MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link), making it useful when transforming Open GL-based 2D games and applications to 3D and viewing Google Earth, while the Range Finder allows the smartphone to calculate the distance between the camera and the subject as well as the dimensions of an object through triangulation, with an Out-focusing Shot option to enhance camera quality beyond that of other smartphones through image processing using depth information.

Other hardware specifications include a 1.2GHz Dual-Core processor, a 4.3″ 3D WVGA Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 8GB of internal storage space, 1GB RAM, a 5-megapixel Dual-lens camera, Android 2.3 Gingerbread as the operating system of choice, HDMI connectivity, and a 1,520 mAh battery.
