As you can see in the picture, the claw has closed area where the whirling blades can work. If you have a branch that is less than four inches wide, it can sever it right off. Yeah, four inches is not much, but I suppose that this could serve as a model for other vehicles that could seriously take out thicker trees. Could anyone hold a larger version of the JawSaw? Maybe it could be put on the end of a tank, or something. Of course, aren’t we trying to save trees from being chopped down, or something? Yeah, I think that we are all trying save the earth, and Worx JawSaw does that a little as it runs on electricity rather than gas. Well, that is one good thing. I think that I can see a horror movie where the slasher villain is wielding a JawSaw and hacking off limbs at will. If he wants to go for the killing blow, then he can just use the Machete Slingshot. This surrealistic stage is being built on Austria’s Lake Constance, and it looks like something out of a Hieronymus Bosch or Salvador Dali painting with a 49-foot head. The weirdest thing is that this isn’t the creepiest set that this opera group has done. One time, they did this set that was a gargantuan book with a giant skeleton as the reader. If someone is doing a surrealistic movie, then this is your set. Personally, I think someone needs to write a movie where a set like this can be used. I’m trying hard to think of a plot for it, maybe in a new version of Jason and the Argonauts, perhaps? Hey, who’s that guy standing on the scaffold there? I don’t know, but I can hear him. I think he’s saying something: “You maniacs! You blew it up!! Damn you! God damn you all to hell!” On a somewhat related note, did you hear that there are making another Planet of the Apes movie? Apparently, this company manages to put out 2,000 inventions every year, which is enough to make Thomas Alva Edison green with envy. The creator, George Davison, made Inventionland as a 70,000 square foot office with various themed areas like a pirate ship, tree house, castle, and even a giant robot. The purpose of the amusement park is to help keep the employees’ creative juices flowing. I find that hard to believe, because the definition of “amusement” derives from the word “muse” and the prefix “a”, which means negate. So, while most amusement parks encourage pure mindless fun, Inventionland encourages Fun with a Purpose more than Highlights magazine. I find it hard to believe that such a place like this actually exists! I mean, it is a fun place to work that makes inventions. This place looks like something out of a Tim Burton movie or the television show Pushing Daisies. (Try and find episodes of that show if you can, by the way.) Okay, I’ve got to get an application for employment. If only I had more ideas for inventions that were not as ridiculous as Kramer from Seinfeld. You know how Lego toys allow you to build awesome vehicles that only minifigures can drive, and they usually have to be pushed, by you? What if you were able to create pedal-powered creations that you can actually ride? This is what Mr. Scheublin is proposing, and it is downright cool. You will note that it comes with some interesting parts that look like the Lego Technic kits designed for older kids. Something tells me that these concept construction toys are designed with older kids in mind. Yes, there will be some nuts, bolts, chains, and gears involved, so using a wrench is a definite pre-requisite. Personally, I think this is a good model for bikes for the future. After all, most of them come in boxes anyway, and if there is some space in the box, you might has well put in some parts to make some other pedal-powered vehicles. In other words, I can totally see this construction toy easily transitioning into the bicycle industry. How about it, Schwinn? Apparently, a lot of magicians get their tricks from another source, and they don't make up all their own tricks. For example, Sean Scott is a professional magician who designs and sells illusions to other magicians. One of the tricks that he is selling is Render, which is made for the iPhone. You can watch the video below to see what it is about. In all honesty, I can see why Sean incorporated and iPhone into the act. After all, most people have them in their pockets already, so why not do some tricks with it? You can see how intriguing it is to see a coin appear inside the phone, and then somehow make it magically appear. Then there is the trick with the origami crane that folds up on the screen and magically appears. I would have to say that Render would be the coolest iPhone App ever, but it is all a trick. It looks like you would have to pay to find out how it is done. For some reason, I don't think it is a camera action, but some interesting sleight-of-hand. You know how a lot of chainsaws have the giant exposed blade that is a definite occupational hazard? The JawSaw by Worx is a safer alternative to this, but doesn’t exactly work on the biggest of trees. 
I will have to say that I am not a fan of opera, and can honestly say that I have never even seen one. However, this particular stage for a French Revolutionary opera called Andre Chenier makes me want to go (at least to this version).
You might look at these photos to the left and think that this is some sort of amusement park, but it is actually a place of business. 
Two days ago, I heard the name Wouter Scheublin for the first time. This guy might be the greatest inventor of our time. Not only has he created the
