The Only Read And Write iPad Flash Drive

So, you have started to realize that you use your iPad a whole lot more than the notebook that the office loaned out to you for your productivity needs on the go, and with that, you might want to take note that sometimes, carrying around large sized files on a USB flash drive and transferring them to your notebook might be too much of a hassle, especially when your notebook does not come with a SSD and takes like forever to boot up. How about transferring those files to your iPad instead? That is made possible with the $169.95 The Only Read And Write iPad Flash Drive, where this is touted to be one of its kind where flash drives are concerned.

It will plug into a Mac or PC’s USB port, and is capable of carrying up to 16GB worth of files, be they documents, photos, videos, or music, before being hooked up to an iPad or iPhone. This would pave the way for a direct transfer of files to your iOS-powered tablet or smartphone, and it even comes with a free app that allows you to make a back up of your contacts or save email documents that are no larger than 10MB in size directly from the app itself. The Only Read And Write iPad Flash Drive can accommodate more than 35 file formats including Microsoft Word and Excel documents, PDFs, JPGs, MP4, and MP3.

Tony Stark Light-Up LED Iron Man 3 Shirt

Between Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne, which playboy millionaire would you prefer to be? Of course, you don't see Batman duking it out with demigods and the like, but if Batman could still beat Superman in a punch out, what makes you think that the world's greatest detective is not able to defeat whatever legions of hell or extra terrestrials that intend to invade earth? Thing is, Iron Man is so much cooler as he zips around the air and has so much more destructive power than Batman's cape and cowl get up. The coolest thing about Iron Man's suit would be the arc reactor that powers the entire shebang, and if you ever wanted to play the role of Tony Stark without his suit on, then this $29.99 Tony Stark Light-Up LED Iron Man 3 Shirt would be the ideal piece of clothing for you.

Specially modeled after the arc reactor in Iron Man 3, it might not be able to prevent shrapnel from reaching your heart, but it might help melt the heart of a geek loving girl whom you have had a crush on all the while. The thing is, you might want to remember to remove the electronics and trio of AAA batteries from the shirt before you send it for washing, otherwise it is going to short circuit, unlike the real deal that Tony Stark has. Hey, what do you expect, and just how far do you think 30 bucks is going to stretch these days?

SPRiZZi Drink Machine is now a Kickstarter project

Before you wonder whether SPRiZZi is actually the name of a new fizzy carbonated drink, let us cut to the chase for you – it surely has something to do with carbonated drinks that the world have come to know and love. In fact, the SPRiZZi is touted to be the first full-service, in-home beverage dispenser of its kind that is capable of delivering over 60 ice-cold carbonated and non-carbonated drinks thanks to its practical design and easy-to-use, one-touch dispensing procedure. So much so that there has been much ado about it, that SPRiZZi has finally made its way as a Kickstarter project, so if you believe in it so much, put your money where your heart is, and keep your fingers crossed that there will be enough investors around to help make SPRiZZi a reality.

Just how did the idea of SPRiZZi come about? Michael Breault, Founder of Sprizzi drink-co., said, "As an active baseball and football coach with four sons, the number of soda cans and sports bottles we recycled as a family was outstanding, and that's where the idea to build a personal beverage dispenser originated. Other household options like the SodaStream only carbonate your beverage – you still have to fetch your own water, refrigerate it and manually pour the syrup. SPRiZZi, on the other hand, chills water below 40 degrees, carbonates it automatically, adds just the right amount of flavoring, and pours your drink for you, allowing you to create up to 60 types of beverages with the single press of a button."

The SPRiZZi Drink Machine has a new patent-pending revolutionary technology that clearly places this as the first of its kind which can carbonate, refrigerate, mix and dispense over 60 exclusive SPRiZZi flavors. It won't occupy a space that is larger than a standard coffee machine, making it the perfect addition to your home, office or even dorm. Greenpeace activists can sleep in peace knowing that the SPRiZZi Drink Machine is eco-friendly thanks to its utilization of tap water in order to filter and pour beverages, boasting of thermal cooling technology, and 100% recyclable plastic flavor bullets. Individual syrup-infused flavor bullets will pour a 16-ounce, ready-to-drink beverage, where you can choose from classic flavors (colas, orange soda, etc.), non-carbonated options (such as lemonade and tea), old-fashioned gourmet flavors (cream sodas and more), lite flavors (ranging from tea to soda), sports drinks, fruit juices and vitamin/protein/energy-enhanced drinks, to Kidz (made with half the sweetner) and Kidz plus flavors (enriched with vitamins and electrolytes).

$197 is the starting pledge required to receive a SPRiZZi Drink Machine, which is still far more affordable than the projected retail price of $399 when SPRiZZi starts to ship later this August should all go well.

Toshiba Canvio Connect portable hard drive launched

When it comes to portable hard drives, there are some notable names out there in the market such as Western Digital and of course, Toshiba. In fact, the Japanese consumer electronics giant has just announced that they will be rolling out the new Toshiba Canvio Connect portable hard drive which will be the first of its kind to let you access and share files straight from the device, with a maximum capacity of 2TB to boot. I know that there will be some who say that Western Digital, too, has had a 2TB portable hard drive out for ages, but can it do what the Toshiba Canvio Connect does?

In a nutshell, the Toshiba Canvio Connect would allow you to access, share and perform a digital back up of all your files regardless of where you are, and you can use a bevy of devices to boot such as a desktop, notebook, tablet or a smartphone. All of this is made possible thanks to its remote access and file sharing capabilities, where one is able to share one's digital content with friends, family and colleagues from anywhere at any time directly from their Canvio Connect.

Despite its capability of carrying around 2TB of storage space, you would be pleased to know that the Toshiba Canvio Connect will still arrive in a new slim and compact form factor, where you can choose from a range of different colors, where among them include the all time classic black to the likes of silver, blue, red and white. BlackBerry users will have to sit this one out however, as the Toshiba Canvio Connect will feature its very own Toshiba Storage iOS or Android app that lets you perform a remote back up and access capability to the external hard drive.

Just make sure that your Toshiba Canvio Connect remains connected to an Internet-enabled computer which is running, and you can access your files, photos, music and movies anytime, anywhere, regardless of where you are. You are also able to share large files and folders instantly, and as an additional bonus, the Canvio Connect will come with 10GB of free cloud storage for storing “always available” copies of important files. Expect to pay $99, $109.99, $129.99, $169.99 and $189.99 for the 500GB, 750GB, 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB models, respectively.
