TIP Desktop Wallpaper
If you want to change default wallpaper for new users (once they are created they will have this wallpaper by default)
1.Start >> Run >> Regedit
2.Navigate to HKEY_USER\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
There will be the same Wallpaper entry on the right hand side as your current user. You can double click on the entry and enter in the path to the Wallpaper file.
